SLD Pumps & Power Delivers Enhanced Experience and Support in New Customer Centres
SLD Pumps & Power (SLD), the UK’s leading supplier of industrial pumps and generator rental equipment, is strengthening its customer-centric approach with the launch of two new customer service centres.
SLD has created two new dedicated teams to meet the increasing demands of its customers. The service centre agents have undergone extensive training to enhance their expertise with the diverse range of rental solutions including pumps, generators, sustainable green energy products, installations and capital sales.
The two teams have a dedicated supervisor, manager, process and service trainer to oversee service levels, consistent interactions with customers and outstanding compliance and safety. The teams are equipped with commercial empowerment in business development activity to make decisions quickly.

These newly established centres service the UK, from Livingston Scotland which covers the North to Bracknell, Berkshire which covers the South. Both centres are accredited with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, reflecting SLD’s commitment to quality, sustainability health and safety.
